• shanghai jazz festival this year will hold for 9 days .the volunteers could get free working mean free water and fare，if V want the volunteer certification,please notify the charge person of the rank after the volunteer work.

Notice：

• 1. volunteer to join the ranks of Shanghai Music Festival volunteers should follow principles of volunteerism complete the various tasks seriously.
• 2. Volunteers need to earnestly implement the group leader’s organization, can not slack, if found absent without leave, or through other means unauthorized access to music festival site with a friend, or to volunteer to facilitate the unauthorized autograph and photo to the artist’s case, once found , volunteers will be terminated on the spot.
• 3. Volunteers should notify the special circumstances to the group leader at least one day in advance leave approval before leaving the post.
• 4. Volunteers during the festival should obey the collective management requirements, enter the venue on time, if not , volunteer will be eligible for cancellation of volunteer service.
• 5. Company provide the uniform for volunteers. please do not be late, do not leave early, pay attention to your own safety and property security, such as special circumstances, inform the head of this group who volunteer.
• 6. Volunteers have the responsibility and obligation to uphold the order cooperate actively with the music festival site work.Security issues, if issued, shall promptly notify the command center.
• 7. Volunteer experience audience questions and questions should be treated with respect, if meet with the difficult problem can inform the competent person in charge, the person in charge is responsible for proper solution.
• 8. Volunteers should be actively passionate commitment to volunteer service which with the company’s work.
